Owner Erich Kisvarday started his company 20 years ago as a one truck carpet cleaning service. He then began receiving calls to respond to water damage losses that required water extraction and drying equipment. Having detected a need and an opportunity in the marketplace, the company ventured into the water damage restoration business.

A#1 then invested in top of the line equipment to handle both restoration and carpet cleaning needs. Erich personally screened and trained qualified technicians, and through the IICRC, secured certification for those technicians. The company has grown to a fleet of emergency vehicles, ready to respond to your water, fire, or mold emergency 24 hours a day using the newest equipment available. A#1 proudly uses biodegradable chemicals and shampoos, a truck-mounted carpet cleaning system, thermal imaging with a non-invasive Infra-red Flex Cam, state-of-the-art turbo air movers & dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers, and a IICRC certified, knowledgeable staff. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
