Water Damage Restoration

When disaster struck at 11:00 PM flooding our apartment, you came to our rescue. It was such a relief to know that a professional company was going to help us and stick with us until the job was completed. The apartment has been restored and given a new look. We were able to go away on vacation with ease knowing that our problem was in good hands. Cory, I can not thank you enough for your caring, concern and excellent recommendations. You were always a phone call away; always willing to help, listen to concerns and do whatever you could to make things happen. We were relieved that you handled all the insurance claims quickly and professionally. The men who worked on the apartment were neat and responsible. Max, you did a fantastic job! I want to thank Mr. Erich Kisvarday and Mr. Cory Bowen of A#1 Emergency Service for the easing me through the process of cleaning up my home after a major water leak, repairing the damage and putting my home back to the condition in which it had been before this problem developed. The water problem was truly more than I could handle and my biggest worry was mold developing in areas that I could not see. Thank you so very much; your expertise was greatly appreciated. Thank you also for your advice on things I could do to hopefully prevent another occurrence.

5 Stars for A #1 Emergency Services! This amazing company responded immediately to repair the damage from my water leak. All the flooring was removed, damage to walls was repaired and new flooring placed in a few short days! Everyone involved in the whole process was not only competent but concerned about my comfort during this ordeal. My phone calls were promptly returned each time. My special thanks to Cory Bowen for communicating with the insurance adjuster in a professional manner. I appreciate Cory's knowledge, experience and concern for his customers. A#1 Emergency Services is an amazing company. Erich responded right away to the slab leak we had. He came to our house and was extremely courteous and meticulous regarding the problem at hand. His crew came out right away in response to what happened and what needed to immediately be done in our home. Not only did they set up all the equipment, they cleaned, moved furniture and came back the next day to check on us. Erich sent over his insurance specialist Cory, to our house and eased us through the process while handling all the paperwork as well. I would highly recommend A#1 Services, the name says it all!

What a wonderful caring company the A#1 Insurance Repair Specialists and A#1 Emergency Service is. I am proud to say when you are in a situation of needing their help, they are the best. They arrived at my door so fast after a very comforting Cory Bowen talked me through each step. It is good to know that they know just what to do and just get on with it so fast, they came prepared and ready on the spot, and made suggestions to help with what ever I needed. Cory helped with the insurance people and when I wanted to upgrade my bathroom after the main reconstuction, they even helped out with that. Erich Kisvarday made sure all of his skillful team were doing everything they were there to do in a timely manner.I hope that I never need there help again, but if I do, I know who to call for fast, expert and caring help. We are very pleased with A#1 Emergency Services and their affiliate A#1 Insurance Repair Specialists in the way they helped us after a recent plumbing flood in our house. Erich Kisvarday was prompt and got the work started right away. They were very caring, respectful of our home and stayed on the job well past 10 hours the first day in order to begin the restoration. Their clean up was extremely organized and professional and all details were addressed. All of his crew were very helpful. They have the best equipment and lots of it to get the job completed. They are a first class operation. If you find your home is impacted by a water leak this is the company to call. Just let them do their job and you will be happy with the results. Cory Bowen with A#1 Insurance Repair Specialists delt with the insurance company for us. It was a great benifit to have Cory deal with the adjuster for us. He advocated for us to get the full intent of the policy settled in a fast and effective time frame. Wow - what an efficient team!! It was so unbelievably comforting to see Erich and his team arrive at my door within an hour of my frantic call. They went right to work to deal with the problem at hand. Cory also arrived to calmly go over the whole process with me. Before the team started the demolition stage (which was understandably unnerving), they removed and took special care of all personal items, furniture and even plants! Cory thankfully helped me focus on dealing with the calls that needed to be made. I really appreciated his demeanor and professionalism, which truly aided in taking my mind off of what was going on. The team was there for a number of hours, making sure that everything was taken care of and completely cleaned up.
